Absolutely amazing salesman and finance department. Vilius, our salesman answered all our questions over the phone and then when we went to drive up, we hit traffic and called him and said we were goi Vilius, our salesman answered all our questions over the phone and then when we went to drive up, we hit traffic and called him and said we were going to get there about 5 minutes before closing. He stayed, we went for a test drive and put a deposit down to hold the car. We couldn’t go the next day because of prior commitments. So we went the next day and completed the sale. Amazing salesperson and Matt in finance is awesome as well. More

I am skeptical when buying a car and always cautious. I was pleasantly surprised at the experience. The car I purchased was fairly priced, I received a competitive price on my trade-in and when I noticed a was pleasantly surprised at the experience. The car I purchased was fairly priced, I received a competitive price on my trade-in and when I noticed a few issues at delivery, they went out of their way to make it right, and I mean, out of their way. My sales rep (which are titled Audi Brand Specialists), Vilius Vainilavicius was not at all what I was expecting. He was honest, fair, and worked hard to earn my business. I know it wasn't an easy sale and I know I am not an easy customer to please. Although there are closer Audi dealerships to my location, I will be sure to make the effort for service issues at Audi Clearwater. I also highly recommend Vilius and see myself doing business with him and this dealership in the future. More
