The staff of Findlay Honda Henderson is awesome. Greeted me soon as I stepped in the lot. My salesman Chuck(Charles Suh) is great! It started online, a vehicle(HR-V Sport) that they have available in their lot. Chuck didn’t hesitate and responded promptly to help me with my request. It was all smooth sailing from there. Helped me with everything that needed to get it done by just keeping it simple. We all know how the process works when going to the dealership and having interest on a vehicle. Chuck made me feel at home. We test drove the car that I had picked and of course, it was the one. Started processing paperwork and pin pointed the right numbers that will fit moving forward. Again, Chuck and the staff made it a simple process and made me feel so welcome. Took care of my trade-in with ease as well. Finalizing paperwork with the Finance Dept. agent, Vilay was awesome as well. Offered the right warranty that fits with my driving experience. It was great from start to finish.
