My sales advisor Victor Perez was friendly and professional throughout the entire purchasing experience. He explained the processes to me and was able to answer any and all questions I had in regards to the car and what to expect with the financing options. I ended up purchasing a 2020 Audi A6 Allroad and have been happy with my vehicle ever since. I did have to take my vehicle in on one occasion to have the door realigned. Jacob Narasky was my service tech and was able to get me checked in and squared away with a loaner within thirty minutes of my appointment. He was very professional with the way he communicated and updated me whenever he had any information.
