Victor Perez was very friendly. Victor kept us informed of the process every step of the way. He was very professional and knowledgeable and really seemed to want us to have a good experience. We visited other dealers in search of a car and Audi Ontario was by far the most professional. We are very pleased with the service we received and our car. More

I was extremely impressed with the outstanding service that I received from Victor Perez of Audi Ontario. From the initial email that I received from the dealership to the phone call from Jacob arranging that I received from Victor Perez of Audi Ontario. From the initial email that I received from the dealership to the phone call from Jacob arranging my appointment, to dealing with Victor, Mike, and Dean, Audi Ontario truly epitomizes excellence in customer service and focus on customer satisfaction, which seems like a lost artform in today’s business environment. Victor was extremely professional, and contacted me prior to our meeting and once we met, I was impressed with his overall knowledge in anything Audi and his patience in explaining everything so calmly with such in-depth knowledge was amazing. Victor is soft-spoken, kind, patient, professional and it was truly a pleasure meeting and working with him. I could not have asked for anyone better! Victor truly made my experience so great that I walked in initially with little expectations and not expecting to make a purchase but ended up walking out with a brand-new beautiful Audi.
