He was f I recently purchased a 2012 Mazda i3 Touring model. Victor Ortiz was my salesman and I was extremely happy with doing business with Victor. He was friendly and helpful but not pushy. He helped me find the car I wanted to buy, not the car he wanted to sell me. He was patient with me as I decided on what features I wanted in the car. I was divided in whether I wanted an automatic or manual transmission so we ended up going on a fairly comprehensive test drive in both models. He was easy to talk with and a very personable guy. Victor helped me all of the way through the process but I would also like to say that everyone elese I had spoken with or dealt with at the dealership were genuinely friendly as well. From the sales manager to the finance manager the positive attitude was all the same. I would definately recommend Victor and Sport Mazda to anyone looking for a Mazda car. The dealership is a small family owned dealership not on of the big mega dealerships. Despite it's small size they carried a very good inventory and had exactly what I wanted and Victor got me a price that was more than satisfactory. It was a great deal. Thanks, Mike More

The entire staff was and is fantastic. We owned a CX-7 that we purchased in NC and after moving to FL began servicing at Sport. All things considered, our experience at Sport was outstanding. Showed up to look at and possibly purchase one of a couple of cars they had available. Left there with a 2012 MazdaSpeed3 that my daughter is thrilled to drive. The staff, and dealing with them was pleasant and reasonably free of stress. This is the second vehicle purchase from Sport and we will certainly give them an opportunity when purchasing our next vehicle. I must say lastly that Victor was clearly the best. Had met him the weekend before while researching a different car for my wife decided then that he was a guy we could work with on any car. More

Victor is an excellent sales person. Gave full attention to our needs and concerns. Upon getting into our car the first time (late on Sunday) the Navigation System seemed to have a problem. Sport Mazda's people worked as a team. I checked with Yahoo/TruCar's car research about Mazda 3 first and Earnest Evans and Lenny Parnell contacted me quickly from the contact link at Yahoo. On the day of appointment, Victor Ortiz showed me the cars and accompanied me and later my friend for the test drives. Jason Santiago followed up quickly withe the price negotiation. Earnest Evans and Michael Ross handled the closing a few days later. Everyone involved was courteous and professional. However, I would give the highest mark to Victor Ortiz. He followed up everyday to update me on the deliver of my new car to the dealership and ordering and installation of my optional equipment. I later found out that Earnest Evans got the credit for the sale, assuming he was the one contact me first, but Victor Ortiz is the one did most of the works. More

I worked with Victor for a couple of months. He went above and beyond to do everything for me. When I went into the dealership, Victor wasn't there and I worked with Kerwin. Kerwin did an excellent jo above and beyond to do everything for me. When I went into the dealership, Victor wasn't there and I worked with Kerwin.
