My experience at Wantaugh Mazda was fantastic. I originally went to Garden City Mazda, but they gave me the typical automobile salesman treatment and tried to force me to buy that day. At Wantaugh Mazda, the staff was very friendly and I felt no pressure whatsoever. I worked mostly with Victor (the salesman), who was very kind and did everything he could to help me get the price I wanted and to make the whole process run smoothly. Victor and I also had a good conversation about our family, travel experiences, etc. It was refreshing to work with a salesman who took an interest in his clients beyond just the information necessary to make a sale. I would strongly recommend asking for Victor if you go to Wantaugh Mazda. Joe and Danny were also both helpful in working things out with the banks/credit unions. My only word of caution is that if you get one of the monthly "special deals," make sure your credit is extremely good! It was difficult for me to get approved because of my less than stellar credit, but Joe and Danny were both helpful in working with the banks to try and make things work out. More

We wanted a third row vehicle but they all seemed out of our price range. When someone recommended Mazda we were surprised but decided to give it a try. Upon entering Wantagh Mazda we chatted for a bit, t our price range. When someone recommended Mazda we were surprised but decided to give it a try. Upon entering Wantagh Mazda we chatted for a bit, then went to another Mazda dealer to compare prices. At the other dealer we were pushed and pressured into leaving an exorbitant and unnecessary deposit. We left feeling somewhat bullied. We decided to try Wantagh again. Victor was kind and patient enough to sit with us and answer all our questions. He has such a pleasant demeanor and is straight forward. Wantagh worked on the pricing with us and we were satisfied with what we ended up paying. Victor never pressured us, demanded answers, or money on the spot. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with and we will definitely recommend his services to our friends and family!! More

because you do not feel any pressure to buy/lease. because everyone treats you with respect and friendliness. because even the manager John is as pleasant as anyone in sales can be. because they wor because everyone treats you with respect and friendliness. because even the manager John is as pleasant as anyone in sales can be. because they work hard for you to get a good deal. if you cannot get what you want they get you the best deal on what is available. their service department is knowledgeable and everyone is pleasant. the receptionist, the first person you have contact with, is pleasant and if you are on hold, she is back to you quickly. all in all, a good experience.
