My husband wanted to go look at a car , he asked me to My husband wanted to go look at a car , he asked me to call and confirm some information before going . I called then got sent to a voicemail, then My husband wanted to go look at a car , he asked me to call and confirm some information before going . I called then got sent to a voicemail, then when looking online I put in his information he gets a call back. I spoke to the women name Jackie told her everything before coming and she said yes , come in. We drove over 45 minutes away she texted us on the way there telling us to ask for her. When we get there I ask for her, a guy seats us at a desk I walk away to restroom when I come back Jackie is there and telling my husband that he will take care of us. So I’m like okay , then we go w information that was asked and let him know what we had talked to Jackie about . He rude tell me for how many years he has sold cars and that he can only do this if we give this much down more then what we talked about over the phone with Jackie then he walks about gone for some time and comes back rude that is we are not welling to give more money he can help us okay then he told us he was looking at old cars I told my husband I didn’t want to come here we should had gone to Ford in Merriville . But no he wanted to go here . I saw the reviews and I’m in sales this isn’t how you do business. I wish the best to them but after this I don’t see us coming back. More

We drove over 5 hours to get the car of his dreams. We spoke with David who was extremely helpful from afar. We then worked with Victor through text and calls. They both were absolutely amazing. They worked with our bank so all we had to do was drive down hand over the check and sign the papers! We will definitely drive the distance to work with David and Victor again!
