Beyond Excellence I've never dealt with another car salesperson as honest and straight up as Vernon. Vernon was extremely knowledgeable about every car and all the stock that was available, he patiently presented me with all the options and answered all my questions about specs and options with ease. Great vehicle! Better follow up needed. Vernon did a great job with the leasing of the vehicle and his knowledge and helpfulness were very good. The area Vernon can improve upon is with his follow up skills. We paid for a tow package to be put on the vehicle costing $750. We bought the car on April 4th and it is now May 10th and hitch just came in and hope to get installed Mon may 13th so we can tow our boat. We had to chase him down for information multiple times. Also my daughter called him Monday Apr 28th as she was in the market for a used car. He never called her back and as a result she bought a Hyundai Sonata at another dealership. Customer experience and keeping you word is important to our family. I love Martin dealership, have bought a couple of cars and have them serviced with outstanding results which is why I have a high level of trust in your dealership overall. Help Vernon by teaching him follow up is essential and expected by customers. I still believe in Martin Kia and will continue doing business as this is the first time we have ever had this happen at Martin. More
