Vaughn is a fantastic salesman. I called on a Tuesday mentioning the vehicle I wanted with no color preference. He called me on Friday telling me others passed on it. Kept contact until pick up. For an out of state buyer I got better service than local dealers. Lindsay in finance was also great. If every dealer had a finance manager this easy to work with then customer experience would improve significantly. More

I highly recommend visiting Acura Columbus if you are searching for an affordable used car. Vaughn Lockett was fantastic and allowed me time to test drive and look over the car with absolutely no sales searching for an affordable used car. Vaughn Lockett was fantastic and allowed me time to test drive and look over the car with absolutely no sales pressure, especially late on a Saturday. Jonathan Gray was patient and thorough while explaining the financing details and extended warranty options. Both gentlemen were outstanding. Car shopping is usually stressful and exhausting but Vaughn and Jonathan made this experience pleasant and fast. More
