I initially bought my first new car in the summer after working with Nate who went above and beyond to search for the car I wanted. It took a couple of months to get delivered, but it was exactly what I wa working with Nate who went above and beyond to search for the car I wanted. It took a couple of months to get delivered, but it was exactly what I wanted. 1 month later, I was involved in a hit and run accident totaling my new car. Within a week, Nate had found another one just like it. I was really at a loss of what all had to be done as far as the warranty and other details I didn't even know I had to take care of. Nate, Brandon, and Tyson helped me through the whole ordeal of getting everything processed once again, and by Christmas of 2022, I had my second brand new car. Nate was able to communicate with me via texting which was so helpful with my busy schedule. I realized after working with them that their goal was that the customer feels valued and taken care of.
