Tyson is the reason I keep going back. His honesty is excellent. He doesn't push unnecessary service. Tyson has been taking care of my 2008 Mazda since 2009. Total rip-off. We sold the Mazda after this visit and will never buy another one after this service experience. Your center overcharged my elderly mother for labor We sold the Mazda after this visit and will never buy another one after this service experience. Your center overcharged my elderly mother for labor and when we tried to pull out and just pay for diagnostics the service person made us pay $300 additional and buy the part recommended and said it could not be cancelled instead. The service rep accused her of planning to go somewhere cheaper for repair. We had planned to just go over to sales and have her buy another Mazda but after the service experience we took her to another dealership as we can never trust your service again at the Mazda Gainesville dealership. More
