My granddaughter and I really needed someone to work with the down payment we were able to put down. My husband died a year ago and we have had a rough year. Your staff were absolutely fantastic. She was ab the down payment we were able to put down. My husband died a year ago and we have had a rough year. Your staff were absolutely fantastic. She was able to use our down payment and get my granddaughter into a new and dependable car. And she stayed past closing time to get my granddaughter into a loaner until her car became available. Your credit guy was friendly and professional. My granddaughter and I both enjoyed visiting with him, and he made us feel confident in the signing of the paperwork. He even agreed to help us with the title question we had on another vehicle we have. Your dealership has well qualified people and we hope to do business with you again. Schuyler did was not interested in customer service after the sale. As soon as the paperwork was signed, he was absent. No thank, no appreciate the business. Nothing. When I picked up the truck on Saturday the sale. As soon as the paperwork was signed, he was absent. No thank, no appreciate the business. Nothing. When I picked up the truck on Saturday as planned, he could not even come out to say hello or thanks. He did not even show up after waiting for 30 minutes. Worst customer experience I've experienced! Corbin, came up several times to ask how he could help and was instrumental in getting me into the truck and on my way home. His customer service was great! More
