I just wanna say that I had my car one day before a coolant hose burst and to no fault of anyone’s but the factory had to have it towed away that day. Tyronne at Carlton Mercedes took care of me and ha coolant hose burst and to no fault of anyone’s but the factory had to have it towed away that day. More than the look of the car (which I do love), I've always been impressed with Mercedes reliability and safety. But, with this car I am bowled over by the even newer safety features and state-of-the-art technology. Tyrone Chapman is my go-to sales guy and I highly recommend him. Not only is Tyrone thoroughly knowledgeable of his product, he is calm, totally professional and definitely customer-service oriented..
