Good service / high price The people were friendly but I felt like they could have gone more out of their way to give me price saving options - like charging the battery and se The people were friendly but I felt like they could have gone more out of their way to give me price saving options - like charging the battery and see how it goes, instead of just charging me $150 to put in a new one... and the prices are quite high in general. Nice people, but not very affordable. More

WORST CAR EXPERIENCE EVER Let’s talk about the absolute worst customer service that I have ever experienced in my entire life. Not only did they hold my vehicle for over a week Let’s talk about the absolute worst customer service that I have ever experienced in my entire life. Not only did they hold my vehicle for over a week without any updates, every time I called (2 times a day) they said they would call me back AND THEY NEVER DID. then when I was upset and said a bad word they asked me not to be foul then dropped a swear word in the next sentence. Save your money and stay as far away from this atrocious company as you possibly can. Also they didn’t even fix my car! More
