Tyler is a free spirit who loves, and we quote, “Livin’ in the free world.” His tastes are simple. He likes peanut butter and jelly, sweatpants, and an occasional round of golf. Tyler’s wife, Melissa, teaches school, and they have two children, and two beagles named Buster and Griffey. In Tyler’s world, he follows the Kansas State Wildcats, Kansas City Royals, Kansas City Chiefs and Milwaukee Bucks. He is no fan of secrets though. Tyler likes the full-transparency approach to selling because selling is first and foremost communicating. His dynamic, high-energy style is the byproduct of a sales professional with 9-years of experience. I would recommend with words of caution and experience. We liked our salesman but didn't want nor want to pay for the ceramic coating. We didn't ask for it and didn't want to pay for it. Also, we didn't want to finance or trade a vehicle and feel that there should have been some reduction in price for this. Since we were needing a vehicle, we went ahead and purchased this vehicle. There was not an owner's manual or extra fob and apparently, this isn't part of your sale. We either could have the fee waived for the ceramic job that we didn't want or get a manual & fob, which should have been included and not something to "negotiate" on the price. We have purchased vehicle's from Wagner Toyota and Ford in McCook Nebraska and never had to pay more than the asking price and certainly didn't need to read the "small print" for an "add on" that would appear on the sales agreement. I will remember this and also caution people that it's almost $1000 in addition to what you see in print if you don't read the small print. I don't blame the people who work at Brogden's. They are put in a very difficult position. I am sure they have people who don't do what they do and make the decisions that they are put in place to explain. More
