Wow, did these guys exceed my expectations! They knew I was coming to see a 2020 Ford Explorer for the 1st time. They had the vehicle right outside the front door cleaned and ready to be shown. Hunter Landry was the Manager who delivered the numbers to me explaining what the sale price was and how much my trade was worth. Along came Wesley Harwell the Finance Manager who sat down with me and explained warranty and Gap with me. I could not have asked for better service. 5 star service all the way! Grube More

I would give a zero if I could. They knowingly sold me a certified car which was recalled but sent me home with a dangerous transmission issue & it took 9 months before I could rece They knowingly sold me a certified car which was recalled but sent me home with a dangerous transmission issue & it took 9 months before I could receive car with new transmission. They also would not give me certified care for vehicle or Suri music for a year. I was lucky to get car. Now I don't feel comfortable getting additional help More
