The finance team was able to work a miracle! There were a few things agreed on to be fixed and most got resolved easily. However, I had to wait on a muffler, then I had to do the follow up to see when the part was coming in. I kind of got the run around for 3.5 months and when I finally escalated it to the manager, it was taken care of ASAP. More
