I have always had fabulous service at Suburu. Last week I brought my car in for breaks. They were promptly repaired and everyone was so nice and caring. When I left I had trouble breaking. I Last week I brought my car in for breaks. They were promptly repaired and everyone was so nice and caring. When I left I had trouble breaking. I wanted a few days and called in on Saturday when my car started shimmying. They got me in right away and I was provided with a free rental. John, the manager took special care of me so I could get in and out quickly. They fixed my breaks, filled my tank with gas, and sent me on my way. I even fell in love with the rental car. That will be my next Suburu. I am so thankful for Suburu, John and Derek and everyone that worked on my car. Suburu has the best service. Thanks again, Beth the brake lady More

The service technician completed a detailed inspection during my routine maintenance and identified the beginning of a problem. The provided a nice loaner car while they completed the repairs and maintai during my routine maintenance and identified the beginning of a problem. I have had my vehicle in numerous times over the last year for various reasons. From accessory installation to regular maintenance to concerns ive had with the vehicle in general. Never once has the serv year for various reasons. From accessory installation to regular maintenance to concerns ive had with the vehicle in general. Never once has the service been less than epic. Every staff member I encounter has a great attitude and the work and care I have seen is top notch. I have spent my life with a stigma about having service work done at dealerships. But, my opinion has been forever changed by Bloomington Subaru. They are a great team. More
