There was no high pressure sales push from Jesse that degraded our purchasing experience. Cesar, the Finance Manager, explained our warranty options and was very good at detailing what was covered. When we picked up the car Andrew sat with us inside and outside the EV6, going through all the features and operation of the vehicle. I just purchased a used 2020 Sportage from Straightline KIA. This was by far the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle and I am 79 yrs old.
