Tyler was great to work with from our initial inquiry to finalizing the sale! There was NO pressure and no hard sell tactics. Everyone in the used car building was friendly and professional. Tyler handled everything perfectly! No high pressure, he was very attentive, and knowledgeable he was more than able to answer all of our Questions, about several different vehicles! If he didn’t know a particular question about the financing, he would tell us he didn’t work in that area but he get an answer for us. My Husband and I have bought a lot of cars over the years and I personally have dealt with car salesman. I’ve haggled and would refuse to pay the sticker price regardless if they said that was the bottom dollar, they would take. We was so impressed with Tyler that we decided to pay the sticker price. With out haggling, ( I couldn’t believe that myself ) he was so good at his job and seemed so honest. We just couldn’t bring ourselves to do that to him! We are very Happy with Tyler’s salesmanship, Y’all are very Lucky to have such a wonderful young man on Your Staff he’s Definitely a keeper. Thanks Tyler!!! More

Our first contact with Tyler came in a phone call, when I called to see if a Bronco I saw on their website, was still available. After test driving the vehicle, we started our initial negotiations and left to think it over. When we decided we wanted to purchase, Tyler and the sales manager worked hard to find us discounts and rebates. This was the most relaxed I've ever felt when buying a new vehicle. There was no pressure! Everyone in "Tyler's building" was so friendly! On the way home, we commented how nice it was that everyone not only worked well together, but genuinely seemed to like each other! I also have to give appreciation to the folks that cleaned and prepped the vehicle for pickup. I have NEVER picked up a new vehicle that was as clean as this one!! They did an awesome job! Tyler was great to work with! We really appreciated his low key, no pressure, sales approach, and his great attitude! All these tjings played a big role in our decision to buy from Machens Capital City Ford. More
