I had a pretty smooth experience with the dealership. I worked with John and he made sure the vehicle was there at the appointed time. I shopped four different BMW dealerships and the payment just did not match up with the numbers. I spoke to Tyler and Frank from Freehold and they presented a car with identical (if not better options) tha just did not match up with the numbers. I spoke to Tyler and Frank from Freehold and they presented a car with identical (if not better options) than the other dealerships and the payment was significantly less without me having to tell them what the other dealerships were presenting. They were both responsive and I even requested a change to the options. They went above and beyond to make sure I was getting the car that I wanted. They really made the entire experience pleasant. I will recommend them and the dealership to anyone. More

John Cheung was a fantastic sales rep. He listened, was responsive, and didn’t pressure us into buying. We came in for a specific model and he didn’t try to push us into something on the lot that didn’t ma responsive, and didn’t pressure us into buying. Poor Service!! Tiresome and DisappointmentCompetitive Poor Service!! Tiresome and Disappointment Competitive price and they got good inventory of cars but very bad service. I bought the car from them Poor Service!! Tiresome and Disappointment Competitive price and they got good inventory of cars but very bad service. I bought the car from them on Apr 14. Paid them in full. Two issues Issue1: Missing key. After the payment, the salesperson mentioned that he has only one key and get the second key sooner. No mention of missing key while I checked the car few days back . I have been chasing on the second key ever since then. The salesperson promised to return the call couple of times initially but didn't return the call. I am trying to reach out to sales manager, every time when the reception transfers, it will go voicemail. No response to emails either. Issue2: Incorrect documentation. Address in the title and registration is incorrect even though they got multiple address proof from us. No action has taken from their side to correct that when raised. I need to reach DMV to correct that now. Overall It's very disappointing and bad service. They will give zillion calls & follow ups when you express interest in buying. Once you paid the money, that's it. Even after reviews & multiple calls, I am not seeing anyone from dealership trying to resolve the issues reported. Yet, I am writing this review for two reasons 1. Hoping, the dealership will learn something from this to provide better customer service 2. Customers - Do not take the dealership salesman word for it. Few of them do a really poor service(Not blaming all, a few, especially the salesman who helped us). Ask them to show things before you buy. More
