My partner and I decided to test drive a vehicle at Mohawk Honda on a whim after leaving a different dealership due to having a bad experience with their sales team. It was a refreshing experience. Everyone here treated us and each other with kindness. Their sales team was receptive to my specific needs and wants in a vehicle and conscious of my budget. Even though I had initially wanted to look at a different vehicle, they suggested a model that turned out to be a great fit. I never felt pressured to go forward with purchasing a vehicle and, even after a couple of days, still satisfied with my decision. Notably, even though my partner and I were there together, Tyler was quick to notice that I was the one buying the car and directed all his questions to me, while still including my partner in the process. Even after the transaction was over, I thoroughly enjoyed walking through the car's controls and functions with Ben, who was an absolute delight. And, when I encountered trouble with the financing process, Frank really rallied for me. For my first dealership purchase, I am pretty happy with how it went. More

I absolutely LOVED my experience here at Mohawk Honda. If I could give a six-star review, I would. This was my first experience leasing a brand new car, and I was worried that the experience would be a long and pain-staking one, filled to the brim with haggling and frustration. It was everything but. I really appreciate Tyler and the excellent service he provided me and my family throughout the whole ordeal. He and the rest of the staff worked with me to get me the best deal possible, and to leave me driving away incredibly pleased. And as for the car, I am beyond happy with the deal I received. It was within my budget, which they helped me to achieve, and I ended up with the car I wanted. I already love my new Civic, and I’m sure I will grow to love it even more as time goes on. I couldn’t recommend Mohawk Honda enough. I will certainly be coming back in three years. Thanks! More
