Hello everyone. My name is Tyler Carroll a new car sales professional here at Carlisle Cadillac Buick GMC. I come from a proud military family and have traveled the world. My family and I moved to the Carlisle area in 2011 because my father was stationed at the War College. I graduated college with a psychology degree from Kutztown University. My main passion is to help people and giving back to the community that has given so much to my family. The greatest reward when it comes to selling cars is the look on their face when we are able to get them behind the wheel of the car of their dreams! Dealership Moves Mountains I was sceptical at first but Tyler Carroll and the rest of the staff pulled this deal out of a magic hat.. I explained my situation to Tyler and he shared this with your team of employees. It took quite a long time at the dealer but we drove home in a new Buick LaCross which we fell in love with.. Tyler and the staff that I had contact with treated us very well. I would have to say that this deal was the longest I’ve spent at a dealer but at the same time the most pleasant I have ever experienced. More

it could have been a little bit better. I had to put more anti-freeze and windshield washer fluid in. My left front fog light seems to be out according to the car diagnostics. Other than that...everyone was friendly and offered me something to drink. I'm still looking for the title to my car that was supposed to be ready on the 20th of Jan. But all in all it only took about an hour to get the deal done. More

I asked lots of questions - every From Tyler, to Jason, to Michael - we were treated with respect, without pressure, and they were patient and kind. I asked lots of questions - everything from safety, how the 4 wheel drive works, and if there were any recalls on the vehicle. and they answer all of our questions and addressed our concerns. We hesitated to commit to such a large purchase so they allowed us to try out the vehicle (actually fall in love with it) by taking it home for an extended "visit." I would highly recommend their sales team. When we are in a position to purchase another vehicle, they will be our first stop. More
