Hello everyone. My name is Tyler Carroll a new car sales professional here at Carlisle Cadillac Buick GMC. I come from a proud military family and have traveled the world. My family and I moved to the Carlisle area in 2011 because my father was stationed at the War College. I graduated college with a psychology degree from Kutztown University. My main passion is to help people and giving back to the community that has given so much to my family. The greatest reward when it comes to selling cars is the look on their face when we are able to get them behind the wheel of the car of their dreams! I was not expecting to bring the new GMC Yukon XL Denali home that day, but they made it happen. I live 3.5 hours away, so they are not going to be my local dealer. Friendly enough however car had two minor issues with it after I drove it off the lot. Brought it back to the dealership for the repairs and was charged for them. Tyler Carroll was extremely helpful in helping me choose a 2nd vehicle since my first was totaled only about 3 months after purchasing. I opted for an different model with similar mileage, and a little old a 2nd vehicle since my first was totaled only about 3 months after purchasing. I opted for an different model with similar mileage, and a little older to save on costs. Despite this Tyler went above and beyond to ensure the vehicle was detailed to pristine condition, and worked around my busy schedule on a holiday weekend. I couldn't be more pleased as I was paying for a rental in the interim. He even ordered an updated Map Navigation DVD and replaced/repaired the factory headphones for the entertainment unit.
