Ty Richmond, was truly an amazing person to work with. I was ready to walk away from this deal after a lot of misleading and confusing information from the Finance Dept. Ty never made me or my wife feel pressured (he actually offered a ride to another dealership!!) and convinced me that the vehicle I purchased was right for me. Had Ty not been such and excellent, concerned, and HONEST dealer, I truly would have made a purchase for a 2016 Impala from Coggins Honda for $16,300(roughly 2k less). I just felt very comfortable with him. I will be referring potential buyers to him in the future. More
