I took my car in for a service with an appointment. It needed to be diagnosed for a problem I was having. They recommended leaving it. I was a little leery since I had problems with a different dealer It needed to be diagnosed for a problem I was having. They recommended leaving it. I was a little leery since I had problems with a different dealer not working on my vehicle for 4 days, they completed it in 2 days. Service staff was exceptional. Ty kept me in the loop easily through text messaging. The other dealer did not even call me once. Thank you for the experience. More

They were very accommodating. Originally I was told it would take at least 48-72 to look at my car however they were able to look at my car the same say and return it the next morning. My vehicle is normally inspected as soon as the month comes in however this year with the pandemic it’s been hard to locate a place locally that is not completely booked each day, I called Hall Jeep to s comes in however this year with the pandemic it’s been hard to locate a place locally that is not completely booked each day, I called Hall Jeep to see if I could possibly get in next week and the arranged an inspection this week! Beyond my expectations and when I went pay was advised inspections are free -I kindly told the young lady, no I didn’t purchase at Hall, she advised still free. My mind is blown and if customer service is this great with service - imagine if I purchased at Hall. My next Jeep will be purchased at Hall! Thank you so much. More
