My experience at Ft Washington BMW was great! ! Rich Lanci took care of me, Melany Del Toro handled all of my paperwork perfectly and got me a really cool loaner car and Ben Ammar took care of my ! Phil Milewski is an amazing person! He is a very nice individual and extremely helpful. He took us on many test drives and helped us pick the best car that suited my family. He answered all of our questions with great detail. He was very patient with us when it came to choosing our dream car and gave us the best guidance. Phil was an amazing person! He is very respectful and very helpful. He gave us some of the best advice when it came to choosing our dream car. Without him, I do not believe we would have gotten the car that matches all of my family’s needs. Even though my husband asked him several questions, Phil gave us the most detailed explanations for each questions. In addition, Phil has a great sense of humour and we enjoyed every interaction we had with him. Ben always has a positive attitude and provides stellar customer service. He helped me to identify the tow hitch for my 2022 M440ix that I enjoy so much! Also, the cover came off and he took the time reins customer service. He helped me to identify the tow hitch for my 2022 M440ix that I enjoy so much! Also, the cover came off and he took the time reinstall it properly because it seemed defective. I’m learning new features and capabilities that BMW has built into the design and I’m learning how to use the parking tools and all the performance that the sport plus trans enables! The dealership is great overall and I was also greeted my me salesman Troy who was also concerned about the towing hitch that was missing. More

The whole team at BMW of Fort Washington was incredible through the entire process start to finish for purchasing my new X5. Phil Milewski was great with helping me design the perfect vehicle. All of the through the entire process start to finish for purchasing my new X5. Phil Milewski was great with helping me design the perfect vehicle. All of the staff was exceptionally helpful once the vehicle arrived. Jimmy Kostack was there every step of the way and made the whole process from trading in my old vehicle to making sure the purchase of the new X5 went smooth.
