I regret purchasing my 2022 Sierra pickup at Marty’s GMC. Hindsight tells me I should have gone to a different dealership. On January 19, 2022 I purchased my truck with some missing chips. In April, I was told not until July, then not until the end of the third quarter, then before the end of the year. With Marty’s GMC it’s becoming one excuse after another concerning my truck. I don’t understand why Marty’s GMC has new trucks for sale, on their lot, with the parts that could fix my truck. What I find most frustrating is that I have features on my truck that I cannot use and that retrofitting my truck is not a priority for Marty’s GMC and I have no recourse. More

I have had wonderful experiences for every interaction with Marty’s. From my initial inquiry to the sales process to my first service call. I was embarrassed that I needed a new tire so soon after getting my Envision ( and now wish I had taken the optional tire package!), but they were not the least bit snarky about it - although they had every right to be! It truely was a pleasure working with Troy Coan, he is an impressive young man. I had to do most of my searching online, because of the nation wide shortage of inventory and most of my communication wit an impressive young man. I had to do most of my searching online, because of the nation wide shortage of inventory and most of my communication with Troy was via email since I lived an hour from the dealership. Troy was very responsive to all of my questions, even on his day off. I showed up when the dealership doors opened on Saturday expecting to have to kill some time, and Troy was there at his desk with my car ready for the test ride. Before arriving, I was offered a very fair below MSRP price on a lease, despite the current demand for cars, and it was honored without any games or gimmicks. Good old fashion honesty and respect ! Troy made a point to tell me that their dealership takes pride in this type of business and have grown to be the largest Buick-GMC dealership by sticking to it. I wish they were located closer to me, but I will travel the distance for that type of service, and I'm very glad to know it still exists. More

My salesman, Troy, was very knowledgable and easy to work with. He didn't try to push me into anything I wasn't comfortable with, and wanted to make sure that I got exactly what I was looking for. He laid out all of my options in terms of vehicles, lease vs purchase and financing. I had a great experience from the initial conversation through the purchase and pick up. I would definitely recommend this dealership and salesman to everyone. More
