This is my 2nd time purchasing a new vehicle from Mr. Carl W. My experience has been blessed I've referred close family to him and they too have been treated with warm home hospitality. I appreciate his honest work and being transparent. Everyone can not walk in that inner trait. Carl has remembered me and my family and that type of customer service means a lot. I will check back in with him again Lord willing because he has been a blessing to me numbers don't lie but the effort of options speaks for itself. Thank you Carl. I wish you had your own dealership. Your an awesome asset but a great leader!!! More

Worst Customer service Originally they were really friendly and kind of compliant, all so they could get me to drive a newly used car off the lot. Everything was fine until Originally they were really friendly and kind of compliant, all so they could get me to drive a newly used car off the lot. Everything was fine until a couple days after have buying the car, a manufacture deficit caused damage to the internals of the engine. As of now it’s been a whole week and the dealership has yet to reach out to me and acknowledge the damages. Also every time I call them, they leave me on hold and hang up..... several times!!!!!! If you are reading this I advise you to go somewhere else and avoid this headache. More
