Happy with the vehicle but the service was poor. We bought a used Subaru and they scratched the vehicle significantly while it was being detailed. When pointing this out they first denied it and the We bought a used Subaru and they scratched the vehicle significantly while it was being detailed. When pointing this out they first denied it and then said they would mail touch up paint. When the paint never arrived, we called back over a month later and had to request a second time. Never once did they apologize for scratching the vehicle, no responsibility was ever taken. They also forgot to send the title and never apologized. Our family has purchased 5 Subarus (two new and three used) over the past 14 years....I will not go back. Acknowledging a mistake would have gone a long way. More

I appreciate the honesty of the dealer and the willingness to deal the best they could under the circumstances with the lack of inventory of the vehicle we purchased.
