Don Goben provided excellent service during my visit. He quickly got my vehicle into the service department for repair. All the parts required for the repair weren't available at the Cleveland location. So, quickly got my vehicle into the service department for repair. All the parts required for the repair weren't available at the Cleveland location. So, someone was sent to Chattanooga to retrieve the necessary parts. Don was sure to keep me up to date on the status of the repairs. He got me out the door and on my way, very happy with his performance. More

We loved working with Mike. He was very responsive and always made sure to answer our questions and make sure we were taken care of. The service department seemed to be backed up and rushed with how much always made sure to answer our questions and make sure we were taken care of. Overall they did come through and fix any issue or question we had, but they were just not the most responsive from the service department. More
