Great service I came in looking for a price match on tires while I got my oil changed. They were able not only match but beat the price I had gotten elsewhere. Great Experience I dont normaly write reviews because i have better things to do in my life but Colton gave me a reason to do so. Im not a big expert on cars and to be honest i couldnt care less, everytime i call Colton no mayter what the question is he has the answer he will travel accross the world to find me the answer if he has too, this is the second car i bought from him in under a month if i could afford it i would go for a third one, i still remember the time when i called him at 3am even tho he was sleeping he still assisted me with love and care. Amazing Parts Service Kierstyn was an amazing parts person to deal with. She was super knowledgeable and friendly. She gets back to me in a very timely manner and even of Kierstyn was an amazing parts person to deal with. She was super knowledgeable and friendly. She gets back to me in a very timely manner and even offers to drop me off parts at my work on her lunch hour. Whenever I come for parts service she is always in a good mood with a smile on her face. I have dealt with other parts people at other dealerships and have never gotten the service that I do from Kierstyn. Any place that she works I will be following so that I can get the same great service every time. When Kierstyn is not available I can always rely on her manager Trent Napier to be informed of what I am looking for and when the part will be available. They are an incredible team!!! Cannot say enough good stuff about either of them. More

Terrible service everytime I have yet to have a good experience with Nissan's Service/parts department. I had the liftgate on my car start opening all by itself at random times I have yet to have a good experience with Nissan's Service/parts department. I had the liftgate on my car start opening all by itself at random times. My car is no longer on warrenty so I had to have the liftgate handle ordered in and pay for it myself. Nissan did not call me when the part came in. . When I opened the box there was a price sticker on the liftgate handle which showed I paid a 100% mark up. I had to take it to a bodyshop to have painted, I then took it to a 3rd party shop to have it put in for half the price Nissan quoted me. Now less than a year later the same thing is happening again. But will Nissan replace the part and install it. NO! They say I have to pay to have it painted and put in, they will only pay for the part. Terrible service! They also recommended I have other work done on my car, but when I took it to a 3rd party auto shop, I was told it didn't need the work done Nissan was claiming it needed. More

Great Service When I go to get work done to my Titan I always get great service, the service Department is always willing to work with you in getting the job done, When I go to get work done to my Titan I always get great service, the service Department is always willing to work with you in getting the job done, Also kudos to Kayla, Elaine and also Sarah and Mike. They all do the best possible with what they have available to them. They even gave me a chance to go to Tim Horton's for my morning coffee so I decided to bring back a 12 to go to show my appreciation in getting me in for service and getting everything done that day. So a big KUDOS to everyone at GP Nissan and thanks. More
