I purchased my car in 2018 brand new with only 14 miles on it. I drove off thinking everything was great. The next month I noticed that the weatherstripping on my jeep 2018 renegade was cracked I took it b on it. I drove off thinking everything was great. The next month I noticed that the weatherstripping on my jeep 2018 renegade was cracked I took it back for repairs and I have continue to take it back for repairs up until now 2021. Also I noticed that the side paneling on my car was not attached I brought this up in December 2018 without a resolution as of today 2021 July. Do not trust that this company will take care of any issues that are on your car due to manufacturing. More

I had to bring my vehicle in multiple times to get repaired because of missing parts the service dept didn't notice were missing from the first repair. I was told the additional parts would be in with repaired because of missing parts the service dept didn't notice were missing from the first repair. I was told the additional parts would be in within 3-4 days day and that I'd be contacted, but never got a call back. Several days later when I called in to get a status, I was told again the parts would be another 3-4 days. The part arrived but I didn't get a call from him, I had to call him again to get into service. I was told it would only take 1 - 1 1/2 hrs. I was here for double that time. Bad service and follow-through. More

water leak into the driver's side Drove to service dept. Stated that water was leaking into into the drivers side from the engine compartment. Service person asked if I was driving wi Drove to service dept. Stated that water was leaking into into the drivers side from the engine compartment. Service person asked if I was driving with the windows down during a rain storm. Then asked if I was doing something under the hood to cause the leakage. By this time I was very pissed. He took the car in and said he'd call when ready. He called and I returned to see my car in a parking area with the doors open, motor running, heater going full blast. I checked the floor mats front and back and they were still soaked with water. I went inside and asked what was going on. The service person said they found the origin of the leak in the engine compartment. A factory tube from the air conditioner was faulty. I asked why didn't they remove the wet floor mats, said it wasn't warranted. Did not pay for my rental, although it was a factory problem. I WOULD NEVER USE YOUR SERVICE DEPT AGAIN.
