Clean and precise dealership that offers exceptional customer experience with a warm home comfort. Mr. Robinson was more than willing to walk my wife and I through the lot showing us exactly what we wer customer experience with a warm home comfort. Mr. Robinson was more than willing to walk my wife and I through the lot showing us exactly what we were asking for. Under 100,000 miles AWD or 4wd no exceptions. We looked at several however my wife settled on a 2017 Volkswagen golf alltrack sel. It met every expectation and with Marcus guidance we were able to actually get it a little cheaper than listed and we couldn't be happier. That car was meant to come home with us and with Mr Robinsons help it did. He was a fantastic representative of this company and I personally would highly recommend him to anyone. He is a no xx straight forward kind of guy. It was refreshing having the honest truth first with no story. my advice to all is do your research but you won't find anywhere better than paramount Hyundai in hickory and there's no better guy to see than Mark Robinson. More

I called yesterday about trying to get a quick appointment due to a sudden problem with my car, one of only a couple I've ever had with it, and it's a 2012. Upon arrival today and after speaking t appointment due to a sudden problem with my car, one of only a couple I've ever had with it, and it's a 2012. Upon arrival today and after speaking to Travis, I found that I had not been entered into the system for an appointment. Travis calmly stated not to worry, and asked how he could help. I explained the situation. He listened carefully and entered my repair order on the spot and said he/they would take care of it. He was very efficient and professional. They worked me in. After a very acceptable wait time, my car was repaired. I checked the work order, and Travis had written it up in a very clear, condensed format. It was evident that he had listened carefully to my situation. He was great to work with and I look forward to working with him again if/when that time comes. More
