Very good experience. No problems occurred. Wait time expected. Service center next to Mall added plus to past time while car serviced. Was notified of service details and when services was done to picku expected. Service center next to Mall added plus to past time while car serviced. Original contact person was Travis Cobbs. I was there for my state inspection and chose to drop off my vehicle and return when I received notification from the Service office. When I returned I was also assi my state inspection and chose to drop off my vehicle and return when I received notification from the Service office. When I returned I was also assisted by Andy Zollinger who has helped me many times in the past. Although costly I am confident and grateful that my car is always well maintained and that the Service personnel are honest and considerate. More

I was charged more than my deductible after using my warranty and my car was held from me even tho payment was guaranteed from the warranty. I was without my car for more than a week. The service advise warranty and my car was held from me even tho payment was guaranteed from the warranty. I was without my car for more than a week. The service adviser was helpful regardless. I am currently waiting for the bill to be revised so that I can be refund. More
