Fixed all that I requested. Everything looks and sounds great. The audio/video link to the mechanic via my phone was a pleasant surprise. Noting was done until 2 + hours later when I inquired at the service managers officer. They were waiting for me to sign the repair authorization before starting any work. I'll know better next time.
