6-year service I called to schedule a 6-year major service. Prestige was able to get me in within 2 days. A new Porsche Cayenne was provided as a loaner - wow. Th I called to schedule a 6-year major service. Prestige was able to get me in within 2 days. A new Porsche Cayenne was provided as a loaner - wow. There was an extensive list of service to be performed at 6 years and Prestige informed me that it might take more than 1 day (car was ready by 9:00 am the following day). The technician texted me a video my car and the work being done. This included an inspection of the old spark plugs, filters, undercarriage of the car, etc... I didn't expect this and it was a nice touch. My car was washed prior to being returned to me, another nice touch. The Prestige employees I worked with were friendly and professional. More

The clear mask came out so transparent that it is almost impossible to see. I've had this done on at least 8 other cars in the past and this was definitely the best job I've had done. Great job guys. The service advisors were also exceptional. My car already had the windows tinted but I was wanting to go darker. The advisors showed me the different tint options, told me what tint was on the car and explained the advantages and disadvantages of adding a darker tint. In the end, I decided not to go with a darker tint and the advisors could not have been nicer and more cooperative. These guys showed that they really want you to be happy with your car and are not just pushing sales. Great job all around in the service department. I won't go any where else for service on my 2 Porsches. More
