Outstanding, everyone was great, not pushy Kelvin was very nice and responsive to my needs. He listened and walked me through everything pertaining to the vehicle i was interested in. Your service department has dropped the ball. Yes, service department has dropped the ball I have been a customer at this location for the last 15 years purchasing 3 vehicles only having my vehicl Yes, service department has dropped the ball I have been a customer at this location for the last 15 years purchasing 3 vehicles only having my vehicle serviced at this service location. I've went to this location on 3 different occasions maybe 4 to get my window fixed and each time I was giving an excuse to come in on the weekend during the week and come in during the week on the weekend, so if you look at my service record for my vehicle you will see that I came in on 3 different occasions for that reason and I went in yesterday to get it done and was told that my warranty expired it has expired on something in which I tried to get done a year ago.. Yesterday was my last day at Nissan if the people that run your service department want to take long-time customers as a joke and think things are funny I'll take my business elsewhere, my family and friends love Nissan you have a great product but you just don't have good people working in your service department. I work in the service industry, sorry but service is what you sale dissatisfaction is a failure, Thank you Nissan for a wonderful product . More

Ignition recall I came in for recall on ignition switch. I was told it would be inspected, may have to return if part wasn't available. I was delighted to be told by I came in for recall on ignition switch. I was told it would be inspected, may have to return if part wasn't available. I was delighted to be told by Torry after the inspection the part was in and would be replaced. He was very professional and kept me informed. It was a redeeming experience, when my other Nissan's ignition failed before the recall notice came out; causing the radio to stay on. It was an emergency situation. I called South Holland and wasn't given a referral to service for assistance. I was told they were closing soon. I was quite alarmed and didn't want to get help. Therefore, I called Hawkesson Nissan and the service manager disabled the radio ordered the part and replaced it. I was very grateful. More

Oil change Today was my service advisor. When I asked him about the express service he explained that several people had just arrived before me and that the wait Today was my service advisor. He was accurate and for my inconvenience he deducted $10 from the bill. More
