Rarely has a salesperson given us such complete and thorough information and his cooperation in purchasing a vehicle. He was very courteous, professional and very helpful in supplying us with all of the information that we wanted to know about the vehicle. He was not an arrogant or condescending individual at all, but simply put, he wanted to supply us with everything that he could in order to gain our business. He consistently made the extra effort to assist us in the purchase of the vehicle. We live 4½ hours away from Lake Norman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership and he wanted us to know everything about the vehicle before making the trip. Lake Norman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram should be very proud to have KJ as a salesperson, not only his professionalism but his friendly personality. I must admit, I was rather leery about having to deal with a slick, fast talking car salesman. Mark shattered that illusion in just a couple of minutes. He was informed about the vehicle I wanted, was straight talking, to the point and answered ALL of my questions without any hem hawing around. Mark utilized our time throughout the whole process in an efficient, professional and timely manner. I was 100% confidant and comfortable that we'd worked out the best deal possible that would not only benefit me, but, was put together in such a manner that I'll be able to protect my investment by putting an excellent extended warranty in place. Mark was able to put this all together for me, keeping in mind that it had to be kept affordable for my budget. He did it. My hat is off to this fine young man and Lake Norman Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep.
