Lexus of Naperville has EXCEEDED our expectations of Quality, Customer Service and Care! My husband and I had an issue when we purchased our new 2024 Lexus ES and the Management team listened and respo Quality, Customer Service and Care! My husband and I had an issue when we purchased our new 2024 Lexus ES and the Management team listened and responded. Once we expressed our concern with the Lexus New Car Sales Manager, he quickly jumped in and reassured us he was going to make things right. Following this, EVERY person we spoke to or came in contact with at Lexus assured us they were committed to keeping us Happy and Satisfied Lexus automobile owners. It was then we knew we made our purchase from the right dealership. As previously stated, the response we experienced Exceeded AND Surpassed our expectations in the final resolution. Most people don’t think purchasing a new car is a pleasant experience. That is not the case at Lexus of Naperville. We have owned two 2006 Lexus Rx330’s that we purchased new. The experience of owning a Lexus and have it totally serviced by Lexus of Naperville was the reason for purchasing a 2024 Rx350L from this dealer. Their service department is exceptional our Service agent is Mike Perelli, he can answer any question and always takes the best care of our vehicles. Our salesman this time was Sal Lala and couldn’t have made the purchase of our new Lexus any more enjoyable. My husband and I have had many luxury vehicals in our time together and we both agree Lexus is the only vehicle we would purchase. More

I do not like going to dealerships but Lexus of Naperville is definitely not your typical dealership. All associates make you feel comfortable. From the start I had the pleasure of dealing with JD Naperville is definitely not your typical dealership. All associates make you feel comfortable. From the start I had the pleasure of dealing with JD Stookey in internet sales. She made sure to find the exact car I was looking for, an RX 500h. I worked with John, one of the managers, he was able to answer all of the questions I had and was very nice to work with. John let me put a deposit on the car that I wanted that was arriving within a week rather then having me drive in to make the deposit. This was great as I live 2 hours away from the dealership. Then I had the pleasure of meeting Monse, my sales rep, I had an excellent experience dealing with Monse. She was extremely helpful and relaxed, not pushy. She has touched base with me to see if I had any questions or needed any help with my new vehicle. As my vehicle was getting all prepared, Tony the new car sales manager called to offer me some options. When I said no to the options he accepted my answer, no pressure. Of course I had questions for him as well and he found me the answers. When purchasing the vehicle I met with Joe in finance. Joe was great as well. We paid cash for the car and Joe accepted that and did not try to make us finance like other dealerships have done. The final step was setting up our phones with the Lexus app. Both Monse and Tiffany walked us through that and everything is working as it should. Monse and Tiffany were a great help with the final stages and I appreciate their time and efforts in making sure everything was working for us. If you’re looking for a Lexus, Lexus of Naperville is the dealership to go to. Everyone is very nice and they genuinely appreciate your business. More
