Friendly, pleasant, fast. best experience I gave it a 5 because there was no back and forth, it was quick and every step was explained to me and what the time frame would be. Awesome customer service In general, car purchasing is not something that most people look forward to. I walked in knowing the car I wanted to see and how much I wanted to pay In general, car purchasing is not something that most people look forward to. I walked in knowing the car I wanted to see and how much I wanted to pay. I didn't have to deal with a hard sell. The experience was pleasant and laidback overall. I wasn't pressured to try any other cars--I was asked if I wanted to and when I said no, it was left at that. Incredibly rare. When I ran into hiccups later with the car (paperwork stuff, not mechanical issues), the employees and dealership were incredibly helpful and communicative. All of the thumbs up! More
