Purchased 2019 Toyota Camry LE from Paul Smith. I was very pleased with the staff of Conicelli Toyota when I purchased my new car on Wednesday. First, Paul told me that my car was 'on the truck' We I was very pleased with the staff of Conicelli Toyota when I purchased my new car on Wednesday. First, Paul told me that my car was 'on the truck' Wednesday morning and needed to be prepped. That was done, when I arrived at 3pm. With help from Michael Shulski and Pete Pappas, Paul answered all my questions about options to finance the car. Tony Soto helped me navigate all the paper work, as I signed on the 'dotted line.' It was a very speedy process. Finally, Paul sat with me until he showed me how all the new features worked, and set up the Bluetooth with my phone. Now I am the proud owner of a new 2019 Camry, and could not be happier. More

Best Buying Experience Ever!!!!!!! I was shopping for the new Toyota C-HR. I was searching on the internet through true car and Courtney from Conicelli internet sales contacted me. She I was shopping for the new Toyota C-HR. I was searching on the internet through true car and Courtney from Conicelli internet sales contacted me. She gave a price the two other Toyota dealerships near me didn’t even come close to. When I got to the dealership, the numbers stayed the same - no tricks, no games, no bs. Courtney was an internet specialist and John Sabatino sold me the car. He was down to earth, professional, a first class straight shooter. I drive the car and was out the door with my new car in less than two hours. Not once did anyone ever try to play games with the numbers or sell me something I didn’t need. I wanted the Conicelli protection plan because I have bent my rims and lost my keys several times. John told me what it was and recommended it but didn’t push me to buy that or anything else. Conicelli was so different from the other dealerships I went to - everyone at Conicelli was professional, efficient, down to earth and helpful. I drove about an hour to buy my car there because they had the best numbers and all I can say is that it would be foolish to not at the least call Conicelli and see what they can do for you if you are going to buy. They have all these banners up in the showroom for being the number one Toyota dealer by volume in the state for like the last ten years in a row. It seems to me that they make money based on volume not by trying to squeeze as much out of each customer that comes through the door. Give these guys a call - they gave me numbers over the phone. This was the best buying experience I have ever had by a landslide! More
