I dealt with Tony as my dealer. I was trading in a car i already had on loan. He showed me a Chrysler 2012 200. I really liked the car. When i came back today he actually got me into a brand new 2014 dodge already had on loan. He showed me a Chrysler 2012 200. I really liked the car. When i came back today he actually got me into a brand new 2014 dodge avenger. Im sold. He worked hard for me. He even spent 20 minutes just getting transferred back and forth on my insurance company. He didn't give up and he set it all up for me. Tony is a prime example of good salesmanship. When i come in to joe cecconi, i would like to have Tony again. The Joe Cecconi team are professional, friendly, and hard working. It was my first time here and im glad we worked it out. More

Tony was very patient with me and showed me all the options I had for exactly what I was looking for. Bob and Mike looked carefully at my trade in vehicle to give me as much as possible for it. I went in hoping to be able to buy the most basic Compass without any bells or whistles, and I left with a Compass Latitude lease with payments that exceeded my expectations, and a much nicer car than I thought I would be able to afford! Upon entering the complex and sitting down talking with Mr. Steven Faltisco and explaining my circumstance and he was very understanding and worked with me on getting a vehicle in my budget. I went to look at cars with not thinking I could afford one at this time and end up walking away the same day with a vehicle that I liked and could afford! The entire staff was very kind and friendly to my family and I am very grateful! Mr. Steven Faltisco answered all my questions and concerns and demonstrated excellent and professional service. Service was so great that my Dad also end up with another Van. All staff involved in my purchase and my Dad's were AWESOME!
