On a $2300 bill, you should have been able to install the light bulb for free. So for poor judgment and failure to exercise good will, 1 Star More

Horrible Rude Disrespectful customer Service! John Mohammed is the worst person I’ve ever encountered at waldorf Honda in the service department! John was very rude, and disrespectful to us. His customer service gets zero stars from us if it were available. We have never been treated like this ever! We come here to get our vechile serviced and we purchased our vechile at this dealership. He is an absolute disappointment to the company... I will be sure to spread the word. I had a 4:30 appointment didn’t leave the dealership until after 6pm! Unacceptable. Then the supervisor Tony Reese didn’t bother to correct his colleague when he knew he was wrong. He didn’t even offer an apology until I mentioned it to him. Poor poor poor customer service! In fact he said I can’t speak for John! Why not you are the supervisor and I am the customer! Tony gave an apology but with sarcasm, it definitely wasn’t sincere at all! More

We Actually Had a Great Experience! Our sales rep, Frank Carnucci, was the best we have ever experienced. Even after the sale was completed, he took the time to go over all the nuances a Our sales rep, Frank Carnucci, was the best we have ever experienced. Even after the sale was completed, he took the time to go over all the nuances and features of the car again to make sure everything was understood. It seemed like he built the car himself because of his knowledge, and the special tips he provided. We also spoke with the Service Dept to get a feel for how they operate (and assess the professionalism). We are very happy with our purchase. More

The worst experience ever! My first experience with the Waldorf location was a complete disaster. I took my car in because my car would not start. Before bringing my car in, I g My first experience with the Waldorf location was a complete disaster. I took my car in because my car would not start. Before bringing my car in, I got my battery tested to make sure the problem was not my battery. Once at Waldorf Honda, they informed me the battery was gone bad, before I can give the permission to change the battery they had already done so. That was $140.00. The next day, as I'm leaving work at 8pm, car would bot start. I called again, was told to bring my car in on Friday at 2pm. No problem. After waiting for about 2 hours, someone then came out and told me my starter went bad. I requested to get a refund of the $140 that I paid for the battery, I was told no. I then reached out to Headquarters to file my complaint. They informed me that they would ONLY document my concern. After my car was done, I went to the cashier to pay for the service. Because of my warranty, the cost was only $100.00. The cashier actually charged me the full amount of $840, once I realized what I was charged I informed the cashier, she then took my card to "reverse" the charges. I asked if that would affect my account in any way, she told me no because the charges were "reversed" it would not come out of the account. She then charged the correct amount of $100.00. I left the building still upset and not satisfied with having to miss 2 days of work and pay for a battery when I informed the service tech that I had my battery previously check. Once I left the shop, I went to pay my water bill, credit card declined. I checked my account and saw $940.00 had ben charged from Waldorf Honda. I called the Service Director, and the General Manager, both told me there was nothing they could do. They apologized for the mistake and did nothing to attempt to correct their error. Because of their mistake my bank account is currently over drawn by $500 in the negative. I informed the GM, that I was a single mother with 2 kids, I needed money to feed my children this weekend. He didn't care enough to make this situation better for me. They left me without ANY money to grocery shop for my kids from Friday to now! It's now Monday morning and I still have not gotten a call to rectify the problem. This is my worst experience ever! I would not recommend anyone here, for service or to buy a vehicle! The absolute worst. More
