Excellent Customer Service I never mind going to Jim Hudson Lexus for my service on my RX350. First I would like to say that the car I purchased is just perfect. The customer service consultant was wonderful. His name was Danny Chupek he explained all that would be done to my car, got me a loaner to use and gave me an approximate time it would be finished. I was going to trade my 2013 RX350 for another Pre-certified car but you know the old saying "if it's not broken, don't fix it". I decided to wait another year before I trade it in. Another great experience! I phoned service and was given a same day appointment with no problem.
