Tony answered all my questions and got my car ready for me. The deal was good. The only issue was the dealer wanted $160 to upgrade the navigation system. Great car, this is my fourth buick. Amazing. I was in and out in less than 2 hrs with keys in hand! Everyone was so friendly. I usually dread going to a dealer knowing ill be there 5 hrs minimum, not this time. Tony Gordon was great to work with. Good communication and follow through. Low pressure and happy to assist in whatever way he can. He picked up on the fact that I had done a lot of research, I knew what and follow through. Low pressure and happy to assist in whatever way he can. He picked up on the fact that I had done a lot of research, I knew what I wanted, and he respected my knowledge of the vehicles I was looking at. Have had too many salesman pretend to know more than they know and over compensate. In my experience I found Tony to be down to earth and there to assist me in getting a deal done. Jon Steele in Finance got us in and out and was great to work with as well. We had to be done by a certain time and he delivered on his promise to do that. More
