I found the used vehicle I purchased online from their website. Upon my first walk around analysis, my first impressions were WOW it’s clean and most everything was operational. I let my salesperson (Tony website. Upon my first walk around analysis, my first impressions were WOW it’s clean and most everything was operational. I let my salesperson (Tony Galvan) know about my concerns (some of which was I didn’t know how some features worked). He took the list of concerns seriously and addressed each one! I’m well aware with the purchase of a new to me car there is likely going to be something that may give me pause, Tony’s ability to work with their service department to address each item that needed a closer look was exceptional! As far as the purchasing process in attempting to get to a final price took longer than I expected as it took several inquiries on my part to get there with a firm YES this is our best and final figure for the sale with a trade in from their end. The optional warranty info with pricing was not presented ahead of the signing of the paperwork (4 days after getting to the final pricing). I learned about the added benefit of car washes upon my salesperson putting the license plate plus cover on the car. That’s a very kind benefit!! I look forward to learning more about any other additional benefits I may be able to receive in the future at Maple Hill! Are there special pricing on service?? I have also interacted with their parts department and that was fantastic as I learned more about my car! Maple Hill has a very nice team of people, and I’m looking forward to my Journey with them! More

Not even a reply to tell me they can't get it. That's disappointing. Get your commission and be done with me. Lance was great. He took care of me on the day I purchased the car as Tony was on vacation. Everything was perfect. More

We were taken care of from when I drove in parking lot. Tony greeted me and I test drove. Brought hubby over that nite we test drove it. Only one we had problems getting the STATE to get our title.
