Fixed something they didn't break Following bringing my car in for oil change and tire rotation, the mechanism that connects the steering wheel electronics (including the horn) broke Following bringing my car in for oil change and tire rotation, the mechanism that connects the steering wheel electronics (including the horn) broke literally as I was driving out of the parking lot. I turned the car around, brought it back, and after checking, Weston Nissan determined a component had failed that they hadn't touched during the routine service. They said it was an odd coincidence that it failed in their parking lot but decided to fix the normally $575 job for the price of the part ($75) only, including covering the rental car for two days. They proved that keeping the customer happy is one of their highest goals. They have me for life. More

Upgrade Tony Figueroa, the service manager, was relentless in getting my 2018 Rogue’s radio finally upgraded. It was frustrating every time I turned the Rogu Tony Figueroa, the service manager, was relentless in getting my 2018 Rogue’s radio finally upgraded. It was frustrating every time I turned the Rogue on, the radio came on. I always shut the radio off before shutting off the motor, but the radio still came on. Thanks, again, Tony! More
