There was no pressure, gimmicks or hidden fees. The whole process was straight forward. I also traded in my old car and they gave us a very fair price despite some complications. Tony, the manager, was also great!! I am happy with my new car and would recommend Island Acura to family and friends. More

Expect the worse of people trying to dump cars on unsuspecting buyers (like Jeep does). But not at island acura. We were greeted by the receptionist who asked if we wanted to talk to a sales rep, we wanted to look before we were hassled(we thought). After about 15 minutes we asked for a salesman. We were greeted by Bobby Gio. He was very kind and honest. we told him what we liked and what we wanted to spend. we took a test drive. she choose her car and out of curiosity i asked what my jeep was worth to them. they gave me very fair number. the manager Tony also came over to see how the process was going, he was nice and professional. a few hours later we came back to pick up our new cars. it was a hassle free environment there. Bobby was great with everything, taking my jeep and taking my wives lease. Would DEFINITELY recommend island acura. thanks Bobby! it was a pleasure! will be back!! More

He had patience and was knowledgable about the entire vehicle. He set up my phone and explained all details. They have gained a customer!!! More

After shopping around the island for different cars, I had the pleasure of working with Cosmo at Island Acura. Cosmo went above and beyond to create a deal that worked for my budget. I ended up getting a new TLX for a very good price, and the dealership was so helpful that my dad is now considering an Acura (he usually drives Fords). Cosmo called me a few days later to make sure I was satisfied with my choice and offered his future assistance with any questions or concerns I have. I am excited for my new car and thankful for the professional, to-the-point service Island Acura offered me. More
