From start to finish it was positive. He took the time to walk me through all the features and even showed me how to let the vehicle park itself. I didn’t feel rushed or as if I was wasting his time. Communication was great. Karen in finance was prepared for us when we arrived on Saturday morning. Gave me addresses and directions on the nearest registry. Both Tony and Karen were professional, polite, and sincere. These qualities are not easy to find. I will highly recommend their service to my family and friends!
